I’m Jess, a creative leader who connects strategy, storytelling, and design to make brands stronger.
I’ve spent 15+ years in the creative industry, from formal design training to leading a team of nearly 20 creative professionals and people leaders. But my creative education started much earlier, tagging along with my Dad to video shoots and agency meetings and seeing how ideas came to life.
That mix of design, marketing, and storytelling shaped how I work today. I love the why behind the work—connecting the audience, the business, and the big idea before opening Illustrator.
